30jil Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "30jil" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 30jil.net, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "We," "Us," or "the Company" refers to the entity licensed by PAGCOR that owns and operates the 30jil platform.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the 30jil platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened in your name on 30jil, through which you access gaming services and manage your wallet balance.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of real-money deposits and credited winnings held in your 30jil account at any given time, excluding bonus credits subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to any promotional, welcome, reload, or free-play credits granted to your account by 30jil subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency mandated to regulate gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the 30jil platform, including browsing the website without registering, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. They apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the 30jil Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 30jil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is set by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements and is strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of the Company, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the 30jil platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming service by virtue of a self-exclusion request or regulatory ban.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 30jil, you must complete the registration process and open a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active 30jil account at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under your own name or any alias — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Outdated information that affects payment processing or identity verification is your responsibility.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ₱150 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' notice to the registered email address. Dormant accounts may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and the Company's own fraud prevention obligations, all 30jil players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed.

KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's licence, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Selfie photograph holding your government ID, taken within the last 30 days
• For accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding ₱500,000: source of funds declaration

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

30jil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet Balance within sixty (60) seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.

The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your 30jil account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the account will be flagged for review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where applicable.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) banking day.
• 30jil reserves the right to apply additional security verification to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to seventy-two (72) hours.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Credits that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will not be processed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

30jil offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated on each offer.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus Credits and associated winnings that are not utilised or wagered within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold and work through one bonus offer at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse of Bonuses: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting sign-up offers with multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to circumvent rollover requirements, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine play intent.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 30jil platform are sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you accept the applicable game rules in full.

• RNG Certification: All slot and virtual table games use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes or short-term returns.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round, 30jil reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the affected period. Malfunction voids all play and pays.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round by contacting live chat support. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface. The Company reserves the right to impose additional stake limits on individual accounts.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 30jil platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or platform feature
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any activity that conceals the origin of funds
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing funds or claiming bonuses
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 30jil staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 30jil platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data compilations, software, and promotional materials — is the property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of the Republic of the Philippines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any part of the platform or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform
• Use any 30jil trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on any platform content

Any unauthorised use of 30jil's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company's liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the 30jil platform is limited as follows:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• The Company is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider delays, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 30jil wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 30jil endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times, no warranty of uninterrupted service is given.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

30jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure session duration reminders and automatic session termination thresholds.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion (ranging from 30 days to 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting the 30jil support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Time-in-play notifications can be configured to remind you of your session duration at regular intervals.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The Company collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on 30jil, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions
• KYC identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance
• Fraud detection, risk management, and platform security

• Regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and other mandated authorities

Your continued use of the 30jil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining Wallet Balance before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your use of the 30jil platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: You must first contact 30jil customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. The Company will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.
• Step 2 – PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures.
• Step 3 – Courts: If mediation does not produce a resolution, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.
